Terms and Condition


  • Class fees are invoiced by the school term and must be paid prior to your child's first class of each term. Nook Dance Centre may exclude students whose fees are more than 3 weeks overdue and no communication received.

  • Nook Dance Centre does not offer refunds unless we have had to cancel a class or in particular circumstances that must be discussed with us prior to missing classes. Please note that refunds will not be offered for missing classes due to holidays as we will be reserving your place in your class while you are gone.


  • Nook Dance Centre does not allow photography or videoing of students during classes except by Nook Dance Centre staff.

  • Nook Dance Centre staff may take photos and videos of your child during classes to be used for promotional purposes. If you are not comfortable with this you must make it known to us on enrolment.

Hygiene and Safety

  • As per our policies, no nuts of any kind are allowed at any of our Nook Dance Centre venues.

  • No food is allowed in the studios/halls, water only.

  • Students participate at own risk. Nook Dance Centre is not liable for any injury sustained at Nook Dance Centre either in classes or before/after classes.

  • In the case of a medical emergency, Nook Dance Centre reserves the right to call an ambulance at the expense of the parent/ carer of the child requiring medical attention.
