I understand that my child will be required to attend the tech rehearsal on Thursday the 13th of November in order to participate in the show. I understand that I will be charged a $60.00 participation fee on my term 4 invoice which is non-refundable.

My child WILL NOT BE participating in Nook Dance Centre's 2025 End-of-Year performance.
